Video surveillance
In order to protect the safety of persons and property, we carry out video surveillance of the premises in our school, based on a legitimate interest. This type of processing is carried out on our behalf by a legal entity that has a license to perform private security activities and with which we have concluded a contract on the processing of personal data. Personal data, i.e. video recordings, are stored for 30 days.

However, the transmission of data over the Internet can never be completely secure, despite all the security measures taken. Although we follow generally accepted security standards to protect the personal information provided to us, the security or integrity of the information on the Internet cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we recommend that you take safeguards to protect your information, including protecting passwords, using secure networks to access the Internet, and logging out of online services when you are away from your device. In this regard, the risk of misuse of the data is also borne by the data provider. We store your personal data in the Republic of Serbia.

In order to protect your right to privacy, we would like to inform you that you have the right to contact us via e-mail and to ask us to see your personal data, update or delete your personal data. You also have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, the right to withdraw your consent to processing (in which case we will stop processing if consent is the only basis for processing), the right to object to the processing and to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
