The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you what personal data we collect, how we use that data, as well as to provide you with other relevant information for the exercise of your rights related to the protection of personal data. Our Privacy Policy defines the relationship with the personal data we hold in order to respect the right to privacy guaranteed by international and domestic regulations.
In order to comply with the principles of data processing defined in the Personal Data Protection Act (ZZPL), our Privacy Policy ensures lawful and transparent data collection, a precisely defined purpose of processing using the smallest possible scope of data to fulfill it, data accuracy, storage limitation and data security.
With this Privacy Policy, we inform you about the purpose of processing, the manner of processing, the types of personal data we process, the legal basis for processing, the recipients to whom the personal data are disclosed, the data retention period, your rights, the existence of automated decision-making, the transfer of your data to other countries and the security measures we apply.

On the basis of your consent or signing up for this service by providing an e-mail address, you get the opportunity to inform you about the activities of our school, actions, new programs, as well as other benefits created by the school. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time or withdraw your consent via the e-mail we have sent you.
Providing information through the “contact” website
In order to provide information at your request, which is important for the business of our school, we collect your e-mail address and possibly other personal data that you have left to us on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing you with or improving services. We store your personal data for 1 year.
Remarks, complaints and praise
In order to improve our business and provide an even better level of service, we provide you with the opportunity to send us comments, complaints or compliments in writing or electronically. For this purpose, we process your personal data that you provide to us on the basis of a legitimate interest in ensuring a better quality of service and store them for 3 months.
Video surveillance
In order to protect the safety of persons and property, we carry out video surveillance of the premises in our school, based on a legitimate interest. This type of processing is carried out on our behalf by a legal entity that has a license to perform private security activities and with which we have concluded a contract on the processing of personal data. Personal data, i.e. video recordings, are stored for 30 days.
TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
In order to provide our services and fulfill our obligations, we may disclose your personal data for further processing:
• A legal entity engaged in electronic communication and e-marketing;
• A legal entity that provides a call center service;
• A legal entity that maintains an information and communication system (ICT);
• a legal entity that provides video surveillance services;
• A legal entity that provides the service of physical security of the facility.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA FROM CHILDREN
We do not collect personal information from anyone under the age of 15 unless it is provided with parental consent. An exception is the processing of data via video surveillance.

For this reason, we select processors who apply appropriate technical, organizational and personnel measures to eliminate the risks of accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of personal data or unauthorized access to personal data.
Our processors maintain an optimal level of security and confidentiality of personal data with a state-of-the-art service architecture, taking into account the availability, integrity and security of personal data. This is achieved through the use of various technologies, such as password use, encryption, restriction and logging of access to personal data, the use of firewalls, service interruption protection (DDoS), data backup, virus and spam protection, the use of HTTPS protocols, redundant data storage systems, continuous monitoring of systems and services, as well as other technologies used to enable the secure use of the service.
However, the transmission of data over the Internet can never be completely secure, despite all the security measures taken. Although we follow generally accepted security standards to protect the personal information provided to us, the security or integrity of the information on the Internet cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we recommend that you take safeguards to protect your information, including protecting passwords, using secure networks to access the Internet, and logging out of online services when you are away from your device. In this regard, the risk of misuse of the data is also borne by the data provider. We store your personal data in the Republic of Serbia.
YOUR RIGHTS
In order to protect your right to privacy, we would like to inform you that you have the right to contact us via e-mail and to ask us to see your personal data, update or delete your personal data. You also have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, the right to withdraw your consent to processing (in which case we will stop processing if consent is the only basis for processing), the right to object to the processing and to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. Our school would appreciate the effort to reach out to us before filing a complaint with the Commissioner, so that we can try to remedy the problem.
