At the Mihajlo Pupin Elementary School, all employees who participate in direct work with children are selected through a lengthy process and with special attention. We are aware that teachers, psychologists, pedagogues, school principals, as well as all other associates in teaching have a far-reaching impact on the work and lives of students themselves. That is why it was crucial for us that everyone who has direct work with children is didactically and methodically very competent and ready for lifelong learning. All participants in our educational process have attended or are attending programs that are in the Catalog of Professional Development Programs of the Institute for the Improvement of Education and Upbringing of Serbia, both those in priority areas and those important for competencies.
The school curriculum envisages that all teachers and teaching associates have additional education on an ongoing basis. These trainings relate to:
A wide range of topics related to specific teaching and new learning techniques such as "pomodoro" techniques, quick learning techniques, memo techniques, MURDER learning techniques and similar methods.
Internal education, which primarily represents introducing teachers to motivational techniques such as relaxation, concentration, visualization and kinetic techniques, which spontaneously motivate students to work and maintain their attention for a long time.
Also, all our teachers are more than ready to apply information and communication technologies (ICT) in teaching, but also to the extent that we jointly assess that we are sure that ICT in teaching is a proven benefit for the development of our students.

We are proud to have won the maximum 100 out of 100 points from the Education Inspection, which recognizes us as the school with the best implementation of the national program!
